We have a No-Questions-Asked return and exchange policy for UNUSED products ONLY.
Owing to hygiene reasons, products once worn/used will not be eligible for exchange or refund. You can manage your exchanges and returns directly from your user account.
- Item has to be in unused, unwashed condition in it's original package.
- All return/exchange requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the items.
- No returns, refunds and/or exchanges for customized orders.
- Refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
- Gift Cards are non-returnable.
- Shipping Fee, COD Charges are non-refundable.
- Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment. In case there are multiple exchanges, customer has to bear the subsequent costs of reverse pick and delivery i.e INR 200)
